Bingo Prize Shared Between Friends

More often than not in the UK, whenever someone wins big in the National Bingo Game, they will share with their friends or family. It really just depends on who they play bingo with, but generally speaking there seems to be some kind of agreement in place that they will share any prize money, and this appears to be the rule rather than the exception.

This National Bingo prize winner is no different and she is sticking to an agreement to share with a friend after having won over £34 000. The sixty one year old woman from Norwich plays bingo with her friend only about three or four times a year, so she is not what I would call an avid bingo player. On the night of her lucky win her friend has a voucher that entitled them to £5 discount on their book of tickets, so they decided to play. Good thing too, Lady Luck was obviously smiling down on them and their £5 discount voucher enabled then to win £32 245 for the National prize, £2 000 for the Regional prize, and a house prize of £92. The retired woman who is married, said her husband though they were pulling his leg when they told him how much she had won. She has three grandchildren and three children and will be treating them with her share of the winnings, plus putting some money into savings.
